March 9, 2021
March Annual Town Meeting will be held in person at Pequaywan Firehall.
Safety Guidelines for In-Person Meetings during COVID-19 Pandemic:
- Recommend wearing face mask.
- Capacity of 12 (except family members in the same household may sit together.)
- Providing hand sanitizer and facemask.
- Sanitizing tables, chairs etc. before and after meetings.
- Temperature check before entering the building.
- Open window with fan pushing air outside may be used, if necessary.
- Follow 6-foot social distancing.
- Temperature may be taken at the door.
The board of supervisors motioned and passed during the February 2021 Town Board Meeting that if it is not feasible to continue the Annual Meeting due to COVID-19, the meeting will not be adjourned and will continue to reconvene in May, especially for all voting matters, when weather will allow for an outdoor meeting.

Pequaywan Town Chair’s Road Report for West Branch Road
New clerk and new treasurer effective March 10, 2021: Amber Cruz and Lynne Scalzo will take over as clerk and treasurer, respectively, while Wallace will stay as deputy clerk and Barnes as deputy treasurer for one year.
Any update, suggestions and discussions on possible projects for the land owned by the township in Rossini Road including the tax forfeited property purchased from St. Louis County.
Discussion and motion to approve 2022 general levy and any dedicated levies (road & bridge, plus others determined helpful to treat as designated and not just a budget item in the general fund and to affirm total levy of $55,100.00 which includes funds for Pequaywan Fire & EMS in the amount of $16,500.00. The levy must be voted on. Supervisors will render the final decision during the March Town Board Meeting.
